The Village of Middlefield offers manufacturers and businesses access to a hard-working, non union labor force.

Unique to this area, Middlefield is home to the 4th largest Amish settlement in the world, supplementing this workforce.

Occupations include management, business, science and arts; service; sales and office; natural resources, construction and maintenance; and production, transportation and material moving, to name a few. The industries in which many are employed include construction, manufacturing, finance, science, health care, education and many more.
