Big Bill’s Burgers Grand Opening

December 17, 2020

On April 7, Big Bill’s Burgers in Middlefield celebrated with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting!Since January, Dedria Kot, family members and their team have been preparing great food featuring the biggest ‘best’ burgers in town. The new eatery is located just north of the light on Route 608, across from the fire station. After working hard to smooth out the kinks, update the facilities and develop premier customer service habits, they have created an atmosphere that’s comfortable and inviting. The Kots are Windham, Ohio natives and currently operate Dee’s Hometown Diner located there.

When Dedria began preparing some of her grandmother’s, Lucille Moore, home-made recipes (which turned out to be a big hit) some Middlefield friends told them they would love to have the same menu and the same great food in their home town. The Kots began looking for their next adventure and founded Big Bill’s Burgers. After a very long journey and a lot of help from many local contractors, they are now open for business.

Big Bill’s menu is complete. Starting with breakfast, which is served all day, enjoy omelets, pancakes or biscuits and gravy, and later, if a burger isn’t what you crave, try baskets, wraps or salads. For dinner other dishes include fish dinners or liver and onions.

The Kots enjoy serving people, great tasting food at an affordable price and the joy of just hearing how good everything is. “It makes it all worthwhile,” says Dee. “Even though we don’t have much spare time with the operations of two restaurants.” The Kots enjoy going out eat at different places, as well, just to see what’s new.

Coming soon, they will offer buckets of their famous specially-seasoned chicken, and delivery will also be a future option.

So, plan to attend and enjoy on April 7 at 14895 N. State Road, Middlefield (44062). Hours are currently, Monday – Thursday
